How Do I...
Obtain Telephone Advice?
If you do not think an examination is required, maybe a telephone consultation can save you a trip to the surgery. In that case please telephone the surgery and leave your telephone number (preferably landline) with a brief description of your problem with the receptionist. The doctor will call you back during your allocated time.
Please remember to switch off your answerphone, if you have one.
How Do I...
Make An Appointment?
Routine GP appointments can be booked any day for the current week by telephoning
the surgery on 01900 815544 (8.35am - 6.00pm) or at the reception desk (8.45am
- 5.45pm). Appointments for the following week are released a day at a time,
which ensures daily appointment availability. This system is in place to reduce
the number of patients who 'fail to attend'.
The practice closes one afternoon per month between 1.00 and 5.00pm for staff training. During this time emergencies will be dealt with by CueDoc. Please see the practice notice board for a list of the training dates.
Late Night Opening
As the practice understands that many patients have to work and sometimes may struggle to get an appointment that fits in with work and other commitments, we offer late opening until 7.30pm one evening every week. Appointments are available with a doctor or nurse during this time. Please see the practice notice board for a list of all the late opening evenings.

Obtain A Home Visit?
All requests for home visits must be received by 10.30am. Home visits are for the seriously ill or genuinely housebound patients. Please do not ask your doctor to call unless the patient is genuinely too ill to come to the surgery. All requests for home visits will be assessed based on the individual patient's needs. Please remember that several patients can be seen at the surgery in the time it takes to do a home visit. A much better assessment and treatment can be done at the surgery. If you require a home visit please call 01900 815544.
