Practice Training Afternoon Dates for 2011 / 12
Alneburgh House will be closed for staff training on the dates below between the hours of 1pm – 5pm with the exception of all the Thursday dates when the surgery will open at 4.30pm for family planning patients.
Medical emergencies will be seen between 5pm – 6pm, if you have a medical emergency while the surgery is closed please contact CHoC (cumbria health on call) on 03000 247 247

Late Night Opening
The practice is open unil 7.30pm on the following dates:-
- Wednesday 15th February 2012 until 7.20pm
- Thursday 15th March 2012 until 7.20pm
If you would like to make an appointment in the late surgery, please telephone the appointment desk on 01900 815544
If you are unable to keep any appointment please contact the appointment desk to cancel, by doing so another patient could be seen in that time, we appreciate your co-operation in doing our best to keep the number of "Did Not Attend" patient numbers as low as possible.

Self Check in
Our patient self check in is located in the green waiting area as you enter the building. Please give it a go !! you only need to enter "male" or "female" and your date of birth - it will do the rest.

Patient Participation Group
Here at Maryport Health Services we have a Patient Participation Group (PPG) any registered patients who would like further information on how to join and the date of the next meeting should contact the reception desk on 01900 815544 for further details.
We thank the PPG for the kind donation of the new Television Notice Board above the reception desk in the main waiting are - this is full of information that patients may find useful, a paper copy of any telephone numbers etc patients may require from the information may be obtained from the receptionist.
