Obtain Repeat Prescriptions?

Please use the right hand page of your prescription slip or the re-order form available from reception to order your repeat prescriptions.

Please allow two complete working days before collection from the surgery or from a local pharmacy. Make allowances for weekends and public holidays. Please do not order drugs that you no longer require.

Alternatively, you can submit your repeat prescription request via this online form.
