To request a home visit, it’s helpful if you phone the practice as soon after 8:30am as possible.

All requests for home visits must be received by 10.30am. Home visits are for the seriously ill or genuinely housebound patients.

The practice closes one afternoon per month for staff training. During this time emergencies will be dealt with by NHS 111. Please see the practice notice board for a list of the training dates.
